Quality Control Procurement Requirements

Clause:

1. a. Seller shall certify compliance with all drawings; specification requirements and items must be free of mercury contamination. This certification must be signed by an authorized agent of the supplier, and must contain that persons printed name and title as well. The certification shall reference the applicable purchase order number, part number, serial/lot numbers, quantity and drawing/specification revision level and shall accompany each shipment. (See note 10 for special process certifications). Use of the latest revision of specifications, drawings, process requirements, and other referenced technical data is required unless otherwise specified in the documentation.
