2. Seller to furnish copies of original mill material certification identifiable by the material heat or lot number. Chemical and Physical properties must be included as applicable by the required specification. Note, if the original mill is not capable of performing chemical and physical property testing, a certified test report shall be included in addition to the original mill material certification. Transcription of chemical and physical properties is prohibited. These must be included with each shipment.
