SELLER VERIFICATION

Clause:

Seller shall be responsible for verifying that all Buyer furnished drawings, SpecialManufacturing Instructions (SMI), Auto Planning Instructions (A/P), Tooling and othertechnical data conform to the requirements as contained in the Buyer's purchase contract.In the event that the above information is perceived to be in error resulting in fabricationor quality concerns, the Seller shall promptly notify the Buyer Procurement Agent andshall not continue with performance of the work until such concerns are reconciled.
